Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Neat™ packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
